Who will I be working with?
Joel, who runs Neon & Main from Johnston, Rhode Island. You deal with one person from the first call through launch and after.
How long does it take?
It depends on the package and how quickly we get your photos and details. We give you a launch date when you approve the mockup.
Do I own my domain and content?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your business's name, and your words, photos and site files stay yours.
What does the $500 a year cover?
Hosting, your domain renewal, security, and small updates such as new hours, prices or photos. Email us what you want changed and we take care of it.
Do I have to write everything myself?
No. Send what you have, even rough notes, and we shape it into clear pages. The Pro package includes full copywriting.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. We can rebuild an old or slow site and keep it on the domain you already use.
Do you only work in Rhode Island?
No. Everything happens by phone, email and a private preview link, so we work with businesses anywhere in the US.
